Yoga Flow (All Levels!) - Wednesdays @4:30PM
As an ultra runner with asthma, I build my classes for you to bring oxygen back into your body to prepare you for your next walk, run, or gym workout. Yoga Flow is for all levels to cultivate our breathe together to build functional strength and mobility throughout class.
To sign up for my class classes, follow these easy steps:
1) Click on the "Sign Up for Class" button
2)Â Select the date you wish to attend class.
3) Scroll down and select "Book"
4) You will then be prompted to either "sign in" or "create account" with Mindbody

Yoga Sculpt -Â Tuesdays @1:30PM (Ken Caryl)
As an ultra runner with asthma I don’t have a lot of time to cross train, so when I do I like to get it all in the same workout. Yoga Sculpt is for busy people who want to get the benefits of HIIT, Strength, Cardio and yoga packed into a smooth 60 minute sequence. Boost your metabolism, build lean muscle, and improve mobility all within the same practice.

Yoga Sculpt is for busy people who want to get the benefits of HIIT, Strength, Cardio and yoga packed into a smooth 60 minute sequence.
